can I get windows os in MI4

I am looking for a Windows phone. can I load windows 10 on Xiomi Mi 4i
Xiomi in spite of the official news tell that they will not support any phone with windows os

It's an Android phone, so no. There are loads of low budget Lumia devices to choose from though, if you really want a Windows Phone but refuse to pay much. The 640 for example is a pretty cheap but nice device.

No only on the Mi4 but not on the Mi4i.

To be precise - it runs only on Mi4 LTE international version. Mi4W or so-called Mi4 3G, Mi4 3g overseas or so names cannot be flashed with Win 10 Mobile ROM. Mi4i and Mi4C are totally different phones - SoC and ROM differs.
