So I canceled my Zune Pass over a month ago. I never deleted any of the music I'd downloaded through the store with the pass, either on my phone or on my PC. I can't access any of the music on my PC in Zune anymore, which is what I would expect. The issue here is that all of the music I already had on my phone that I never deleted I can still play fine. I've synched my phone dozens of times to my computer since then, so I don't know what's wrong. I'm not necessarily complaining, but it seems like a serious bug, if it is a bug. Maybe it has something to do with the Xbox Music Pass migration?
