No mobile internet on acer liquid jade primo

Anyone had problems connecting to internet when mobile on their Acer liquid jade primo? I have an EE account (4G) and neither myself nor EE can get it to work. Wifi is fine. Any ideas are welcome!

Hi,I can't help with your question but I would appreciate your opinion of the phone, if you've sorted the problem. I've asked about UK buyers experience and presume you got it unlocked from Microsoft Store. I'm also on EE
