Warranty?

Hello,
I am new to windows mobile and am considering one of these Idol 4s phones. Long story short, despite the price drop at T-Mobile, I am considering buying a used one at a great price on Ebay. The seller is unsure if the warranty would transfer over to the second owner. Does anyone have knowledge about this please?

This is usually store-dependent or seller-dependent (referring to the original seller from whom the ebay seller bought the device)*. Given the information above, since we cannot be more certain than the ebay seller, we shall remain unsure until the ebay seller verifies that for you.

Thank you for the reply. I decided not to take a chance and ponder and learn a lot more about Windows mobile before buying one at T-Mobile. Tmob is my carrier at the moment anyway. THey have actually been my carrier for the largest portion of the time I've ever had a cell and that goes back to the brick phone days.
