CNET reported that 10M of android devices are currently infected with a serious malware.

What will happen next and will it benefit WP?
My gut says Nothing and Nothing.

things happen and life goes on just as when Toyota or VW had problems. The only way something serious could happen to an OS platform is if sales started dropping steadily at double digit rates which isn't happening for android

If those users of the 10 million android users were seriously affected by it, they might get security apps or move to another platform, most probably an ios device but a very small percentage to windows. I'm stressing very small
