A week ago, Cortana's text/app notification syncing with my PC started to slow down (so if I typed a text on Windows 10, it would go through an hour or more later). Then it completely stopped. Since then, I've reinstalled Cortana and the Microsoft Launcher (which shouldn't be necessary for this function, but I have anyway) about a half dozen times each, cleared the cache, tried different versions of the app, logged in and out, and tested it with multiple Windows 10 PCs. Cortana on Android can send texts, but it makes no effort to send any notifications to Cortana on PC. And obviously, I've enabled the cross-device syncing on both PC and my phone. Any help would be appreciated.
