MD is a revolutionary application for the whole world of diets because shifts its focus from food data, like calorie, towards the relationship between the person and his fundamental needs.

The tools we provide are the following two:
The first created and presented with Windows Phone is:

- Meal Test: the goal of this particular function is to record your commitment. How? Remember the last meal and think about what you have eaten. Our test will ask some confirmations about what you did. For example: Did you eat any fruit? Did you eat any vegetables? What's your mood? Did you do any sport activity? The main bug of this tool is that its performance is related to your honesty. Giving fake answers it's pointless to you.

The second tool was lent to us by science: - An alimentary diary.

Doctors and independent studies agree that keeping track of what you eat help to make the patient of his habits. This speed up the achievement of results in respect to people who don't keep track of their meals and their use of medicines.

Regarding medicines: thanks to Monitor Dieta, you can evaluate the efficiency of these products.

All this thanks to this app that adapts to your needs and your personal diets (licterally "lifestyle").

The diary of MD features "Diligence Design" that will help you to compare what you have done so far at a glance. Not only meal after meal and day after day, but weeks after weeks, helping you to analyze the relation between mood, commitment and results. These are data useful to your doctor to help you to monitor your health status.

(MD) ear Readers we would like to explain you our situation:
Monitor Dieta missed the AppStar contest due to bureaucracy slowness and wasn’t able even to classified as a “selectable” application.
The first version of MD was rejected by Microsoft just because on the Italian version, the toolbar’s buttons were in English.
Furthermore in our opinion two are the main features owned by MD, which are missing in the final best choices applications, but most important are peculiar of the contest in itself:

- As we explained, it’s the only application in the Windows Phone’s store not available on competitor’s stores( which is nearly impossible, but thanks to us, just happened); Referring to innovative applications and not to existing and well established services like “Disqus”

- The purpose of AppStar contest was to discover a practical daily used “star”-app for users, with this in mind thank to Meal Test , that require at least a daily data input lunching MD reached that goal

Without underestimating the winning app, which as we know, basically connects to Wikipedia , and the newest Instagraph, both “extensions” of already known services; should they get so much attention from the Windows Phone users, compared to an official client?

Argue that invest on Windows Phone worth was our aim, above all when you’re unknown and it’s hard to challenge the competition of Android and iOS.
However we truly believe that Microsoft should pay some attention to our application that missed this important chance, as a result of an unlucky situation. If we won’t get any attention this would be a real displeasure even if we are not looking for excuses.
We’ll simply enter the fray (Android and iOS), because we believe in Microsoft and Nokia as partners able to realize amazing things, otherwise if windows phone won’t consider our application it would be the example that new ideas have low chance.
Of course we got to work in order to improve and make more user friendly the Meal test configuration, but at the same time we achieved a high level of integration especially because windows 8 style require a certain ability to adapt.
Moreover the marketing reason why this idea, and the coming apps, will see the light on windows phone is that we are talking about descriptive platform.
The Diligence Design (or Diary) has the important task to describe the lifestyles and in the meantime capture the effort of those who tries to change their bad lifestyles.
Given this point, it all at your consideration, hoping to get some attention of WPCentral Blog.
