Due to Windows Phone limitation, upload process may be started only when phone meets certain conditions like:
- Device must be connected to external power
- Battery level not less than 90%
- WiFi connection required

These applications use Windpws Phone 8 feature to sync photos. Do not expect immediate result Just set all things up and forget it.
In a few days you will find your images in cloud storage.
