Since people really like the format of the popular site called 'stumbleuponhttps://www.stumbleupon.com',which allows users to explore and learn new things on the internet , I have come up with a similar app called 'ShuffLink',Its available for windows phone 7,8 and 8.1 and for free.
How it works:
With 'ShuffLink' you can shuffle the web in three different modes.
->First the standard web shuffle mode - Will open a random cool webpage
->Second the wikihow shuffle mode - Will open a random wiki article
->Third the wikipedia shuffle mode - Will open a radom wikipedia article
You can share or save the links on to your favourite social network or chat application
