iNi Reader is a new feedly client for windows phone 8.1 with a modern user interface. Feedly is a news aggregator application for various Web browsers and mobile devices running iOS, Android and Windows Phone, also available as a cloud-based service. It compiles news feeds from a variety of online sources for the user to customize and share with others. Feedly was first released by DevHD in 2008.

Thanks for the detailed comments. I will try to fix the issues in the next update.

    In the Synchronization page,

All Sources -> items count for 'All sources' stream in the subscriptions tab. It shows the results from all your subscriptions.

Category / Folder -> items count to synchronize for all categories.

Feed Source -> items count to synchronize for all feed sources.

So, in practice you can set 250 items for folder / category 'Windows Phone' and 25 for each individual feed source like 'Windows Central' which is grouped under 'Windows Phone' category.
