Happy Farm Saga - New popular game on Windows Phone store sued by King ??????

Hi all.
I just published one game on windows phone platform. I received a mail from Microsoft saying that my game was sued by King (owner of Candy Crush Saga). I do not understand why? My game has violated what? I compare the graphics of the game and see two completely different.

As I thought, my game quite well and becomes popular and King feared my game would be great competitors on windows phone platform? I do not know. Who can tell me why they sue me?

You had the word "Saga" in the name of it. King owns that word, apparently.

Not the particular type of game I like personally, but good luck with it.
