    For the past several days I have not been able to update or install apps from the Marketplace (cell, wifi or hard connected thru Zune). I have tried different locations and it has worked many times over the few months that I have had my Dell Venue Pro.

    I've pulled the battery out...this seems to be necessary at least once a day.

    Any one else with this problem or any ideas?

    Maybe try deleting your live account and then reputing in the credentials back into the phone if that is possible?

    try doing a HARD reset not just a soft/battery pull. i had that problem beffor and it seemed to fix it.

    I had that same issue before. I ended up doing a hard reset and everything. erasing all my content etc. I ended up contacting Zune support and they told told me that one of their servers crashed. That's why some people including myself was not able to use Zune service. So before you do a hard reset I would contact Zune support first.
