I don't understand why UC Browser keeps getting updated with the same revision number. Always the last updated date keeps changing and the version remains the same.

because it was updated for wp8.1 only

Evidently there was an update to myappfree, one of the best apps in the WP store. But it's not an update, it's a new app with only 12 ratings (the current or former app had hundreds). It's from the same developer because all the links from within the app go to the same sources. This isn't the only time a dev has started over instead of just updating the app. It's aggravating because its low ratings make the apps seem largely invalidated and untested. It also gives a false representation, albeit loosely, on how many people use WP.
