To tell y'all the truth, we are not getting the CNN app from Nokia. All the dates, 90 days exclusivity are all hoax and they'll keep on postponing dates till you get fed up and go for a Lumia. Wanted that app but not anymore coz I've got a better one (NEWSY) than the CNN app from Nokia, just give it a try and it's for free too. Can't just be waiting for an app from a competitor OEM and force me to get their phone coz of a CNN app? Got to be Kidding me....might as well go to CNN mobile site and will get everything and what angers me the most is to wait for the ESPN app which is coming on May, 2013....would be called a fish to wait that long. My advice is don't let any OEM force you to buy their stuff just because of some mere damn basic apps...respect your right and go for what you want.

I don't know why people aren't just using their browser to go to CNN or ESPN. Both have mobile sites that look good through the browser. You don't need an application to do that.

I think some people have been iPhonized by iPhone commercials that say we have an application for that.

I agree. I have a lumia phone yet I only had those apps installed for a short time. I have all news websites bookmarked in ie and they work great. Quicker than opening the apps themselves..and I can switch from one page to another quickly.

The Nokia ESPN app is nothing special. Much of it just links you to the browser. I uninstalled it and went back to using ESPN ScoreCenter.

Yeah they do the same thing, but the nokia version is better for me and looks nicer, but it has no extra functionality

    The browser is too slow.

As for the ESPN app I actually happen to prefer ScoreCenter over the Nokia ESPN app.
