Like i said before, disable automatic time setting. And all notifications are working.
This was tested by another member and confirmed There is something going wrong with the Automatic Time server and the time server Whatsapp uses.

From last 2 days WhatsApp cannot connect with WiFi but it will connect on mobile network (2G/3G). I am from India.
Please reply to me in this who has same problem

what i heard was in India BSNL network has blocked the whatsapp domain so v aren't able to use it on WiFi(BSNL)

no problem, open opendns.com, copy primary and secondary dns and replace these with one on the bsnl wifi setting page. Note down previous dns if you want to revert back.

P.S.: DNS is a server which is provided by company(bsnl) which converts website name to ip address. You can choose any dns, it's up to you. Opendns is used by many people in the world.

It means no WhatsApp on any phone (wp8, Android, iPhone, Symbian etc.) in India on BSNL wifi?

No WhatsApp in BSNL India. Both Wifi and Mobile 3G.

Not true. Whatsapp working perfectly on my bsnl broadband.

Yes, when open, tap the 3 dots on the right. You will see "new group", tap this to make a new group.

It is workin fine with internet connection. But not working when connected to Wi-Fi.

it is working on WiFi on bsnl broadband. No issues at all. Don't Know what's wrong with you guys !

if you are having problem after the update i suggest you to uninstall & reinstall the app

Ah its problem with BSNL DNS.. working smooth now.. changed DNS to OpenDNS
