Nokia Music won't login

I had my Nokia Lumia 920 a few weeks ago, and just a few days ago I tried the Nokia Music for Windows 8 and I'm thrilled by the service. I hear you get free streaming on Nokia Music for Windows Phone and there's also a paid option as well. Problem is I can't sign in (see photo) on my Lumia. I live in New Zealand which is not supported, and the phone came from Hong Kong, which is also not supported by Nokia Music. However, regardless of your location, a Nokia Care representative recently called me about my problem and they said that my account location (both Nokia and Microsoft) should be set to United States, which it is. My phones region is all set to United States except for Time, Date, and Currency format which is set to English (New Zealand). Can anyone help me?

Sounds to me like you have the connection problem like lots of others. Try peoples hub and twitter

I don't know what you're talking about, both my mobile data and wifi works, it just really seems to never connect,

Fix the problem, re install the Apps and create a Nokia accout US base
