Purchase history shows "reinstall by phone" but store shows price for it

Hi everyone,
I have games in the store and also music sometimes that where free or i bought before but deinstalled them.
now trying to reinstall shows in the store that it still has a price and wants my pin for the wallet.
online in the windowsphone.com history it says purchased but I need to reinstall it via the system.
have similar problems sometimes with music in the store but i have a xbox music pass

it will always show the price
when you click confirm purchase it should then pop-up saying this application has already been purchased, reinstall now

okay thanks,
was curious because it opened the wallet and started to validate - didnt think there would be another stage between the purchase like a "confirmation"
