Yeah the other person needs it too

pretty much you record a video or take a photo, and you set the timer on how long the other person can see it.. after which it deletes itself with no traces (unless ofcourse the person who receives it takes a screen s hot. of the pic.. but then snapchat will tell you he took a screen shot of it.. but hardly anyone does that)
