app idea-shake phone to change accent colour

that app will be awesome by making random accent/background colour change by shaking the phone or set it to auto on an hourly basis.....but don't think WP allows any app to do that.....why is MS being an *** by copying the strictly non customisable feature of IOS (((

It might be a cool gimmick if accent colours were changed by shaking, but I could see this getting annoying really quickly if my accent colours changed each time I took my device out of my pocket. I don't know about everyone, but I tend to shake it a bit when I get it out of my pocket.
