I saw this on the store deals app

I got really exited then when i tapped on it

really dissapointing

It happens sometimes on Store Deals, sometimes the apps take a day or two to actually become free, maybe a country thing, and sometimes they never do, not sure what's wrong with the app, I've contacted the dev a few times and had no reply
