Nokia Apps are no longer published

I reset my phone and I'm trying to reinstall the apps ans a lot of them are showing the status "App is no longer published"


Anybody know whats going on?

For example:

Drive+ had some bugs earlier today , Cinemagraph got released in HD cinemagraphs (awesome new details) but couldn't upload or share (which i found out was because they couldn't save as GIFs) .

I hope they don't drop the HD part cinemagraphs looks awesome (also color pop WOW)

i am so so sad to lose the MPAtool app. i use that app almost all the time. today i had reset my Nokia Lumia 820 and to my surprise i couldn't get it back as the app is no longer published. please could you re-publish that app. its a highly demanded and recommended app for all Windows Phone users.
PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION!!!!!! :'(

it was just updated to version 4. Its showing up just fine for me in the US.
