Nokia Pro Cam

I have found on the store "Nokia Pro Cam" app and I want to install it but it says "This app is not available for your device. Tap here for more info.", "This might be because your phone software needs to be updated, the app is exclusive to a different mobile provider, or the app is not available in your country/region". I have Nokia Lumia 820 and my setting for Phone language is: Croatian, Country/Region: Croatia, Regional format: Croatia. Do I need to change those settings in order to get that app? Btw, I don't yet have Amber on my phone.

You might have got it via the threads posted on this site, yes you cannot use apps like Nokia Pro cam, Smart Cam and Nokia Video trimmer with GDR1. The Amber update along with GDR2 will unlock it.

I don't know if changing any settings might help.

Is there any list of countries when will Amber come to them? I can't find any information when will Amber come to Croatia.
