    Hi, when I try and sync my music using the Windows Phone app for desktop, I am greeted with the message "Something has gone very wrong. If this keeps happening contact Microsoft for help".

    I used to be able to sync my music easily. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this and how I can fix it?

    Try to reboot your phone. And also a PC.

    Reboot=restart. Turn it off and back on. 😊
