Does jiTalk still work for anyone?

Hi all,

I need a good google talk application so I decided to give a bunch of them on the market a try.

• GChat - Works reliably enough. Sometimes it misses a few messages. Reasonably fast.
• IM+ - Works 100% reliably. The interface is not very good however, and it is also slow.
• jiTalk - Lightning fast with a great interface. However, it doesn't work for me.

When I say jiTalk doesn't work for me, I am able to log in, see my contact list, and even send messages. However, I never receive incoming messages, even when I have the app open in the foreground. I would really like to use this app, but I can't seem to get it to work. Does it work for anyone out there?

EDIT - I forgot to mention I'm running WP8 with GDR2/Amber on a Lumia 925.

Hi,

Jitalk doesn't work for me either. I also have the Nokia 925.

It does work for me. Nokia Lumia 920 GDR1

So far then, it works for 1, doesn't work for 2. Our sample size is a little small to make any conclusions haha. I contacted the developer and will update this thread if I hear back. But based on their (lack of) twitter activity, I'm not too hopeful I will.
