WP8 contacts app to auto-close after call

Hi all,
I've done some searching but no luck so far. Here's what I'm after:
After ending a call that I started from selecting a phone number from the contacts app I am regularly annoyed that the contacts app remains open.
So after ending the call I have to step back during the contacts app to finally close it.

There appears to be no setting to tell the app to close when placing a call from it.
Am I missing that? Is there a third-party app around that does just that?

There isn't an option and a third party app can't change that either.
