Hello people

I sometimes use the WiFi in my college which always requires me to authenticate myself. But on the WiFi page, I don't see the option to enter authentication details; but my windows phone always directs me to IE browser where I key in my authentication details and IE works just fine. But that's all I can do with the WiFi. No third party apps can access any internet even the store. But my iPod touch has that authentication option and everything from the store to all apps work. Does anyone face

the same problem? I hate it that MS has to insist on using WiFi on everything that uses huge data including apps from the store that are larger than 50MB and yet all I can do with such WiFi is to browse using IE. Does anyone face similar issues? Any solutions?

Put internet explorer on desktop mode and see if that shows up with the authentication or try a different browser.
