I found out that unless I uninstall Pro Cam I couldn't download the Nokia Cam, I found this with all "this app is not available for your device..." apps that I have.
I had to uninstall Samsung's Video Trimmer, Mini Diary, Photogram and Apps Folder, in order to get the updated version. Once I uninstalled the apps
that weren't meant for my phone or region I could then update with the most recent versions. I have a Lumia 810 and Pro Cam was one of those "not available for your device" apps I downloaded using a Wi-Fi proxy.

Strange. I installed it using the link in the wpcentral article recently. No need for proxies or any other BS. I came on this forum to see why I still have Smart Cam after the installation, though. I now have Nokia Camera and Nokia Smart Cam. Nokia Pro Cam is gone. Going through the Nokia Camera tutorial it clearly is the new app. Just wondering if it is safe to uninstall Nokia Smart Cam.

Thanks for the link! The proxy given by the site worked for me (Lumia 720)
Here is an alternative way (which I did) If you already have Nokia Pro Cam, you only need to update the app via SysApp Pusher to make it into Nokia Camera. If not, just tap the Nokia Pro Cam in the SysApp Pusher and it will direct you to the new Nokia Camera.
1. Connect to your WiFi, turn on proxy and enter 103.13.29.118 in server box and 8888 in the port box then Save.
2. Go to SysApp Pusher and tap on Nokia Pro Cam.
3. Tap on update (or install) and wait until it appears "Attention required... tap here..."
4. Press the windows button and go back to WiFi, tap your WiFi Connection and switch off Proxy.
5. Press and hold the back button and return to the installation tab, tap the App again to retry download.
6. Wait for it to download and install.
7. Nokia Cam now available to your device! (Mine is Lumia 720 and its awesome!)

Update: Proxy is down
1. Connect to a WiFi network
2. Under Settings – WiFi, click on the WiFi network you are connected to
3. Switch ‘Proxy’ to on. Now type “117.135.139.179″ into “Server/URL”. In “Port”, type in “8888″, then click on the tick at the bottom of the screen
4. Go to the Store and click on ‘Nokia Collection’
5. Find There Nokia Camera app, and tap on it to display its store site. If you already see the download/update button, just hold on!!!!!! Minimize this window, open wi-fi settings, change proxy to off and then maximize store with opened Nokia Camera site and tap on download/update button.
666. If you don't see Download/Update button even with this trick, just reboot your phone, try turning your wi-fi on and off, and type Proxy data again. It will appear. Just try few times and don't say it doesnt work
It's just a part of old well-known trick, I'm not responsible for any damage, you do it on your own. Note: I won't answer *meaningless* questions (e.g. I can't download, what should I do?)
Note: It's description taken from other old topic about Pro Cam installing from WPC Forums. I don't own it. It's a bit modified by me.

SysApps Pusher doesn't update your or anyone phone it only shows you what needs updating "SAP stores last checked version locally and compares that with version on marketplace to find updates" If you have Pro Cam and installed it using a proxy you still need to update using a proxy. Having an "app not available for your device" already on your phone doesn't hid your phones ID MS still sees the phone's ID. Your phone doesn't get a pass, you still need to use a proxy for it to say INSTALL, that's the only way to hid your phones' ID it doesn't stay hidden even if you had Pro Cam installed contrary to statements.

Having Pro Cam will identify it as needing an update when I check with SysApps Pusher but that is all, similar to WP Store identifying what apps I have even if they aren't ''available for my phone or region" it still won't allow me to reinstall those apps I have the wrong phone.

Just installed on my Lumia 520, India, with the 103.13.29.118
You will have try it several times, and thenif u are lucky it will work
I will check nokia camera, and update u all about quality and features.let me check first..

Awesome, I must say, its just a policy to woo high end users, by not giving pro camera(nokia camera) to low end nokia phones like l520, I installed it on the top of gdr3 preview, and its just awesome, I am luvving it...
Although my phone is getting hot, but I suspect thats normal for a 1.0ghz dual core, to do such complex calculations....
