I tried a lot, but didn't get success, but still trying on lumia 820..

Ok done, no need to change country just used proxy & sys app pusher, after 45 mins it works, but just keep patience..

Okay I finally got the app by using this proxy: 103.13.29.118 in the Server box and 8888 in the Port box.

Didn't even have to change my Time Zone and Region, just had to reboot my phone once after changing the proxy.

Set the proxy, then use a QR reader/code to get directly to the Nokia Camera app in the store. That worked for me on my 520.

I manage to download this but the problem is the 'name.
Is this supposed to be Camera Pro ? I'm using Nokia 625 and only the Smart Camera update is available on the Nokia store with the way You described and it'd be nice to have this 'pro upgrade as well. With the default app there's no way to reduce camera resolution, and Microsoft forces me to use it that way... what I don't like.

Ok, but is there any way of taking a single shot with this camera or changing the resolution somehow ?
Even on paid Pro shot camera I can't reduce resolution, just change format 4:3. 16:9.. Is this a harware/system limitation then ?

That's great its working for you guys Took some photos using it on my 820, and I am truly amazed. I've got most of my camera for now, and can't really believe that it can become even better with upcoming Lumia Black update

DO NOT UPDATE !!! DO NOT -the GREEN in the image is twice as bad as with Pro Cam

Nokia Camera still has a problem with green/yellow bleeding at the edges in low, low contrast light.

I can confirm that proxy 117.135.139.179 (port 8888) is working again, and it's WAY FASTER than 103********
Note: no need to change country/region
