I was getting the same error. Was left with 150MB free space in my phone memory. I freed around 1 GB and then there was no error after that.

I've 2GB free and that crap errors. And, no, reboot not always solve the problem.
It does it me randomly.
Maybe Nokia Camera requires, ATM, 1GB of RAM in order to work perfectly.

I just downloaded the Nokia Camera on lumia 720 when its says while downloading (attestation required,tap here) hold the tap and cancel the download, then open the wifi window prxy will be on make it off & then download it again it will get download ( once its downloaded when you try to open it, it will say camera biz, off all the applications restart your phone it will work i m 100% sure it will work

Everyone knows that already proxy you mentioned is really slow, I suggest to use this one:

Well, after the download seems to start push start button, go to settings tile, wifi, advanced, proxy, no.
Always work for me.

is it a problem with proxy? This error appears after download starts..

Try switching your date+time settings, set it manually.

Turn off the proxy when you see this error and restart downloading.

Try switching your date+time settings, set it manually.

well, yes. I've performed hard reset on my L820 yesterday and couldn't download Nokia Camera for few hours, even so I successfully done that few times in past. Tried everything, and still nothing more than error 8000ffff. When I tried to get it with proxy on it kept saying "Microsoft account service is unavailable, please try again later" and with proxy off I had error 8000ffff. Also when opened Nokia Camera store page with proxy on, switched to off and then tried to install, I've received mentioned error code. Tried switching proxy, wi-fi, phone - off and on, tapping, starting download again and again. Just switching phone's date+time settings helped.

I am not saying that you aren't right, but as I've installed Nokia Pro Cam/Nokia Camera many times in past, I've never had 8000ffff error appearing all the time, no matter if I tried with proxy on/off and other solutions.
He tried to install it yesterday, so I was just guessing that he might have faced same problem as I did.

Thank you so much for this. Got my phone (L620) working with this trick. And hey, if you guys got error like " phone busy something " . just reboot the phone. If not working , then reinstall it and reboot the phone. Don't go with the tutorial, just skip it.

Sometimes "anything" works but changing country for an app that isn't location specific didn't do it because you phones "location" charged,
retarting the phone was most likely the fix that broke up the glue (8000ffff) that prevented it, 8000ffff also happens on any Windows device not just mobiles.
Sometimes changing location is necessary, as in the apps below.
In fact they won't even show up when you search on the USA Store -they will however if you set to a different location
and search from your phone but not your pc, which I don't know if location matters but if you search the store on your PC
and use either of those names in search bar you'll get "Couldn't find any relevant apps. Try again using a different search",
and even when you open the links below and search for that app from that link, it won't show up even tho' you're seeing it right in front of you.

I have Nokia Reading (I'm in USA) an app only for a few counties the UK specifically
Nokia Reading | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)

and Panagraph which was released only in Australia and New Zealand for 920's

You can't get Nokia TV in the USA without changing location but the TV shows are in Finnish and I don't even know
if you can get it to work outside of Scandinavia so I didn't bother trying to install it.

it was turned off. I tried this server :117.135.139.179 to take download button, then disabled proxy in wi-fi settings, and i it was installed nornally.. Thanks dude

It will be, and region has nothing to do really with it unless there are no 920 and higher devices sold in that region,
it was first developed for the 92X > and will work on any Lumia WP8 with limited capabilities

"Only available for Lumia 92x devices or higher! Will be coming to all Lumias with 'Black' update"

Hi guys, are there other apps worth downloading through this proxy settings. M from India and I changed my region to US and found that the Real Soccer 2013 is free. So any such apps which are country specific and worth using. Please suggest.

But change country to Australia and use a Wi Fi proxy to hid your phone ID unless you have a L920 and higher
