Reading List app for WP

I like the Reading List app for Windows 8.1 and Microsoft definitely need to publish Reading List for WP. Any word on if they are working on it. I can't find anything.

I'm really looking forward for this, we need more syncable content, like Cloud tabs for IE, notes (easier than OneNote) and reading list WP support.
