Is this a feature in an upcoming cinemagraph update?

Checkout this video posted on the @windowsphone twitter regarding Nokia Storyteller: Nokia Lumia 1520 - Create your own story with Nokia Storyteller - YouTube

Look at the app at the 8 second mark. The person is swiping to mask part of the video/image then shows it after where the area that was not swiped still moved. Looks like a much better way to select what you want moving or not moving in a cinemagraph.

Hopefully we get this feature soon.

found out its a current feature. After capturing the cinemagraph on the next screen hit the paint brush icon and you can add or remove areas to move or freeze.

Always learning new things with this phone and the Nokia apps.
