    Why do we have different apps in different regions
    I understand if those apps are for that particular country banking in that country etc
    but apps like
    to do lists, calendar,expense manager tools and productivity,lifestyle
    and a lot others that can be used everywhere in the world

    It is the developers choice. Maybe they don't want to support their apps in languages they don't speak or they just don't like the countries, I don't know ;-)
