After reading this thread, I was wondering, can an app publisher ask for additional permissions by an update? Most users generally click "update all", isn't it?

I feel bad that the people at MS are only trying to increase the number of apps in the marketplace and not the quality. Been seeing a lot of fake apps these days. Some of them don't provide a trial and scam the gullible people who end up buying fake stuff. We don't want another malware ridden market, Google is good at it.
