Peerblock for windows phone?

Title says it all. I've been using wpTorrent and I need a peer block. Does one exist? What about for windows rt?

The actual software known as "Peerblock" is only available for desktop (x86) Windows, not RT or any mobile OS or even OS X. I'm not sure if anything similar exists for other platforms.
