1) Rolando. This is easily my favourite mobile game. It's iOS exclusive though, so it will likely never come to WP8. That said, it'd be nice to see something similar.
2) Duolingo
3) Astrill VPN would be a HUGE help. I realize it's niche, but it's the only way to get netflix/pandora in the Middle East and Asia.

Does anyone know if VPN support in WP8.1 includes this feature, or is it just VPN for enterprise? Is there a difference?

Audiocloud is a good Soundcloud-compatible app on Windows Phone. And it's free!
