Anyone else annoyed by this? Most apps I have come across in the WP Store have some other app or two that is totally unrelated to it when I swipe over to "Related." The logic or relational database keys used to link similar app types needs a serious makeover.

It seems to be entirely based on 'who installed what' - if someone installs app X and then Y & Z as well, the related items for X will be Y & Z, regardless of whether Y and Z are actually related to X or to each other.

If that's the case then it's pretty poor logic. In the case you're stating, then the relation is based on user statistics, not app content, developer, category, or topic.

i also felt the same way. i never understood the logic used behind the "related" apps.
for example, if i try an app from an Indian Bank, i expect other apps from other banks to be displayed, but it displays paint apps, shopping apps and wikipedia... imagine wikipedia related to bank !!
