In WP8.1, We can even do this through IE. IE supports background task and so it will download even if you use any other app. I just downloaded many videos (not from YouTube) and I found those videos saved in Videos Folder in SD Card which I can access through my Laptop or Pocket File Manager. Maybe I will give a try on ClipConverter.cc

I think WP8.1 has answered the users who needed file manager since now Developers can make apps to access all folders and so in maybe weeks, we can see new file managers like Pocket File Manager, aerize explorer and actually much better one.

There is more simpler method. Open uc browser, open YouTube, find video. Wait for a couple of second to see blue icon in the bottom left corner, tap on it, download video. Then go to download-> videos and export your video to sd card.

This doesn't work on UC Browser IF YouTube website is on mobile mode/version (m.youtube.com). So I always have it on desktop mode. However I never tried it on IE

First goto m.youtube.com and open video after that click on adress bar and remove (m.) and type (ss) like this e.g ssyoutube.com/dhsjajnssbsj (this is just example of url)

I know that. I've been using the SS trick for 1+ years. As I said it doesn't work (for me at least) when I have YouTube on mobile mode even if I remove the (m.)

The third-party video downloaders are helpful to download the restricted videos (videos with no download option) on YouTube.Direct Download using Savefrom.net URL
Follow the below-listed steps, to do so:

Go to the YouTube website and open the video file you want to download
Now, press and hold Ctrl + L keys to select the video URL in the address bar
Press Ctrl + C to copy the link (If you are an Apple user, press Ctrl with Command Key)
Now, type net/ and paste the YouTube address (URL)
Below the green box “Download the app and get your video box,” click on the Download video in browser link (wait for a few seconds to get the link)also read this blog https://dailytechposts.com/download-...s-on-computer/
