Can't transfer downloaded "folder based" installer using wptorrent

So I downloaded an installer but this is not an .ISO or just a setup files only. It has many sub folders that is needed for installation. I don't know how to transfer the entire folders that I have downloaded. The only file I can transfer via "save link as" are the .exe files.

Right clicking to the folder and then clicking "save link as" will only download the "html" file.
As you can see, this installer I downloaded have many sub folders. How do I download or copy this whole folders into my PC?

Ha! I finally figured out on how to transfer these kind of torrented files. Just transfer these folders in the Phone Hub and then you can access it via USB cable.
