I really love the idea of Universal Apps (those than can be purchased once and used both on Windows 8 and Windows Phone), but I can't seem to find anyway to tell if an app is univeral or not. Is there anyway to tell before purchasing if an app in universal?

The icon next to an app in details says it. For example - check it on PC or see this app in the store - Package Tracker

You will see a small icon that looks like a tablet with a phone.
