This really depends on what you want to do with your phone, but I'll suggest "Moon 3D"

I like the live tile of the phase of the moon + what times it rises and sets, and the backside shows what time the sun rises and sets. Updates daily of course.

GPS calculator pro is useful to have from time to time.

TV Blaze and Movie Blaze for keeping track of things I want to watch before I die.

Token2Shell for ssh
ConnectMe for RDP

Pocket Recorder? , because you never know when you'll need to record something discreetly...

It's a pity Pocket Recorder isnt available in Europe. I tried changing my phone location to usa but still couldnt get it.

SysAppPusher and of course the WP Central app. :smile:
I've also purchased a couple of calendar apps but I'm using the stock one right now.
