Looking for calendar with public holidays.

The stock calendar is just terrible (very small text highlighting public holidays) so im looking for a replacement. Any recommendations ?

But the way I used is just write the holidays manually every year after the government released the official list of holidays for the year.
Probably a hassle, but just once a year. And many holidays like Christmas, New Year or Independence Day are fixed anyway.

Cool I guess we could do this with the native cal as well

Add Google calendar to native calendar
How to do that ?
1) Add Google account to your email+ account
2) go to calendar > setting .
Should do the trick

One of the problem is Windows Phone's calendar doesn't show subscribed public calendars.
Outlook.com display them just fine. Even Windows 8's worse calendar apps can.

Else, you could just find and subcribe to one of the many free ics files in the internet.
