Looking for a elder pill management app

Hi everyone in looking for an app to manage my grandma's pills since she has been diagnosed with ocd.

I'm hoping to find an app that rings an alarm when the scheduled pill is to be taken, pops up some sort of si g that you have to press if you have taken the pill and if X amount of time pases and there is no confirmation has the option to call or send a sms to a familiar.

That's all hope you can help me out.
