Xbox music app wont read playlists any suggestions

I have an l920 running wp8.1 with update 1 through the preview for developer program. I use windows media player on my windows 7 desktop to sync music. Have for a while with no issues. Now when I create a playlist and sync it to the phone the Xbox music app wont find the playlist. But when i use musictastic it shows the playlist. And if I play the playlist through the third party app then go into Xbox music it will continue the playlist but still wont show it under playlists. Anyone have any suggestions that could help would appreciate it.
