Anyone know how I would go about seeking a refund for a technical glitch regarding an in-app purchase within a game?

Long story short I purchased gems in a game called Hungry Shark Evolution and spent $30 gem packs. I stopped playing the game, came back 30 min later and the game wiped all the gems I spent my $30 on. I have proof of payment and a screenshot that I can use to prove the glitch happened.

I contacted FGOL directly regarding this and they sent me to contact Microsoft support. But I've been cruising their site for 15 min trying to figure out how to go abouts this.

    EDIT:
Contacted MS support at 1-800-642-7676. Customer support says they cannot offer my a refund or credit and I need to contact my service provider for my phone. I don't see how this is a solution as they do not even offer the Lumia 1520. I have a feeling I'm getting a run around.
