New Facebook Messenger Update

Hello folks, today we got a new update for the popular Facebook Messenger App to its newest version 8.0.0

The update details for this version are:
There has been an addition to how we can send messages to others...we can now use both tap and enter button on our virtual keyboard to send the message.

Also we can now forward pictures and messages to people who are not in conversation.

Also there are several app performance based improvements as well.

What about the "thumbs up" or "like" button? I didn't notice it before, but it seems to be missing. It only pops up when i tap "stickers" button and then tap the "Aa" (text) button. Only then, the "like" button appears.

Didn't it used to be there all the time?

I like how it seems battery consumption has been improved slightly. I used to get pretty insane drain when i used this app. Seems better now. The toggle for enter to send messages is a nice touch too

I can't seem to find a way to log out. I guess you could just uninstall it.
