Call tracking app

I need an app that keeps track of my call minutes. I have the T-Mobile 100 minute plan and never went over my minutes until last month. I knew I was over but this month in only two weeks they say I am out of minutes and they can't show me my usage because I am prepaid. Their website is poor also as I can't seem to get a bank like statement of all my business with them. So I need to leave them or at least keep my own record of my calls.
