Is there an app that will enable me to change the individual colour of the live tiles of the native apps? For example, if I set my system colour to orange, but want to the live tile for my email account to be, say, red, and the colour of my messaging app to be, say, yellow.
    Thanks.

Give the WizTiles app a shot.

This app will allow you to pin customisable tiles, which redirect to the app you wish to use.

    WizTiles

Wiztiles | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (Australia)

There is also a paid version of this app.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't replace the live tiles of the native apps, rather it provides shortcuts.

A lot of other alternative apps to the native apps can be pinned and have other options to change the live tile app, specifically the more popular ones on the Store. As for the native/default apps, its all for one and one for all.
Good luck and hope I helped!
