As you know, pixlr has many great photography apps available for android and iOs, but these apps are not available for windows phone.I send them an email, with question "Do you have any plans to make your apps available for windows phone platform"?Here is the answer:

We don't currently offer a Windows Phone version, but we've received a lot of requests for this as that platform has grown in popularity. So, it could happen, but it's not something we can promise in the short term.

Appreciate your request and will add it to our similar requests. Lots of requests for this; that always helps increase it's status as a priority.
This answer is much better than "we don't have any plans"
So, if you want, please go to https://support.pixlr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and ask the same question, because pixlr has realy great photo apps.
