YouTube Apps always crash/stop buffering. Common?

I have both MyTube beta and TubeCast. Both Apps will play about half way through a video and then act like its stuck buffering.

TubeCast also never properly cache's "FullHD 60" videos. Usually the sound doesn't work or the video is choppy as heck. Clearly my phone is capable of playing 1080p 60fps content. Also that BS about some API limit on how much video you can stream per day. MyTube doesn't have this limit...

FWIW, I have a 1520 on Cyan 8.1.1.

It's frustrating man. I know. Both would start to play a video then instantly stop and buffer then completely crash.,
