AccuWeather on my Lumia 930 stopped working. It won't update live tile or lockscreen. Does anyone know hot to fix it?

This isn't helping, but it stopped doing those things on my Lumia 635 recently too. The "live" tile just says the same thing for days. Entering the app works OK, though.

My Accuweather live tile stopped updating on 4th August. On 7th August I emailed their support desk and received this reply:

Thank you for using AccuWeather.com.
We are aware of the problem that you are experiencing, and are actively working on a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I got the same response, minutes after sending my email. I think it may be a robot.

I replied and asked for a timeframe, no reply as yet.

The live tile started updating again last night (21st Aug)...at least for me in the UK. Will be interesting to see if it lasts. I've moved to Weather-To-Go for a more reliable live tile but like Accuweather for the Minutecast feature.

Working again for me as well. I wonder why... nothing has changed on the phone... but it's good to have it back!
